The background investigation will include credit and criminal history checks, records checks to verify citizenship or authorization to work, verification of date of birth, education, employment history, and military history.  We will interview individuals who know you and with whom you associated with in the past. Your residence will be confirmed, neighbors will be contacted, and public records queried for information about bankruptcies, divorces, and criminal or civil litigation. We will also examine past employment history files, interview past and present co-workers and supervisors and evaluate personal characteristics to determine suitability for this position. As part of this pre-employment background investigation, all of your social media profiles will be examined as well.
